The young man Micheal who works in produce and flowers was absolutely splendid and very helpful. He helped me find all my produce and he also made a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. He keeps the section very nice and he is very polite. Thanks to him I was able to find all I need and I have an employee I can count on!!!

I'm a visitor in the area and was having a little bit of trouble today at the self-checkout + also needed a Big y card because I was buying stuff that had some good discounts. The young lady that was managing the self-checkout area was the most standout person in this position that I've encountered in all the years since businesses started using self-checkout.

I was quite impressed with the amount of premade food they had available. Because someone like myself is not a good cook. So I’m grateful to Big Y world class market for their premade selection. My only suggestion, I live in Glastonbury Connecticut. And we don’t have big wise in our area. Warmly, Dennis Schleicher Social media, influencer, and YouTube contact creator.

The employees at this location are absolutely wonderful. I have a two year old that knows them by name at this point and they are always so sweet with her while she explores the store.

I was not familiar with this chain of grocery stores until recently since I lived in Florida and Tennessee before moving up here. I would compare this store to a combination of Publix and Whole Foods. No, you can not publicly weigh yourself at the entrance to this store like Publix but they do have the made to order sub service like Publix. In my opinion, this store offers way more and a better variety of premade and made to order foods than both Publix and Whole Foods. I also really appreciate that they have a very large selection of local, gluten free, and vegan foods which were labeled and easy to find. Like Whole Foods, this store makes it easy to find the locally sourced products and offers many of the same brands of products you would find at most Whole Foods. The only thing I found slightly frustrating about this store was that they were low on options of fresh organic produce. Considering all of their other amenities, it was sad that their fresh organic produce selection was so small. Out of the 2 other grocery store options I had to choose from while living in Clinton, I would pick this store every time since this store offers amenities and food options the other stores lacked.

Visiting the area and stopped in. Very nice setup and selection. Price were pretty darn high, but that seems a CT thing. We did find a product that was new and excellent. Big Y makes homemade potato chips. Very awesome product. We traveled home with some.

Very big with wide shopping isles. Very comfortable to shop in. sections are spread out nice, open floor plan. Same Big Y quality . What I like best about Big Y is that there meats are gluten free no fillers and if ur unsure you can ask the butcher and they will tell you no judgments. They also have a great selection for gluten free and dairy free items. There produces look and are fabulously healthy looking.(no sketchy rotten almost rotten food) the full circle brand is sold here I'm not sure if it's there brand , but they have great quality and organics.

I was VERY impressed with this store from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. Their produce section is amazing and they have ALOT to offer with freshly prepared food. Their meat dept. Is equally amazing with the cuts of meats that looked perfect. I just wish this was closer to where I live, I would be shopping here all the time. I think these pictures will do the store justice...I could have taken so many more!!

Tamar! Thank you for the awesomely HUGE sub sandwich that you made for us! Kyle and I inhaled that entire thing!! Couldn't think about food again until lunch time the next day. You're a valued asset to Big Y and our Clinton community experience. See you all soon. Shout-out to, "Zay" for always making an amazing 30" sandwich at Big-Y's deli in Clinton, CT ...with humor! Always fresh ingredients and overloaded. I order them as meal gifts for friends and for my family. Best deal around and highest quality that I've seen in our area. Have been glad to have Big-Y nearby since the day that they opened. Zay will make your day!

Nice big and clean store. Wide aisles. Great selection. Very impressive selection of ice cream! Their snowflake rolls are terrific. Plenty of parking and easy in and out to Rt 81. Important addition to Clinton and its tax base.
